Exclusive丨Tsai Yinghua adjusts Alibaba Cloud's regional lines: no longer divided into China and international departments, Huang Haiqing is transferred to be in charge of branches in 13 provinces

Alibaba Cloud, which has made frequent big moves this year, is now embarking on a new round of regional line optimization and adjustment.

Fellow students,

Cloud Intelligence has started a second venture for the future. After discussion with the management, the business responsibility system will be fully implemented in regional organizations. In order to consolidate and implement operational responsibilities, capabilities, and resources in the region, it has been decided to conduct an overall upgrade of the regional organization of global business. The original China Region and International Business Department will be unified and upgraded into seven major regions:

1. In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, Gao Fei (Dong Qiao) serves as the regional general manager.

2. In Guangdong Region, Zhang Tao (Nashun) serves as the regional general manager.

3. In Shanghai Region, Han Fei (Yunfu) serves as the regional general manager.

4. Zhejiang Region, Zhang Jing serves as the regional general manager.

5. Jiangsu and Anhui Region, Cao Sipei (Mo Jiu) serves as the regional general manager.

6. Comprehensive region, with Huang Haiqing (Yunding) as the president of the region. The comprehensive region consists of Hubei and Jiangxi, Hunan, Sichuan and Tibet, Yunnan, Chongqing and Guizhou, Hainan, Guangxi, Fujian, Henan, Shandong, Northeast, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia. , Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and a total of 13 provincial branches.

7. In the International Region, Yuan Qian (Yue Xuan) will continue to serve as the president.

The above seven major regions are second-tier organizations under the global business line, and the seven regional leaders report directly to me. Each region implements an operating responsibility system and is equipped with a dedicated management team, including solution architects, sales operations, and distribution teams, all of which report to the person in charge of the region. At the same time, regional exclusive configurations are gradually implemented in PDSA, GTS delivery, finance and HR. It is expected that more regional business units will be upgraded to large regions through high-quality development and contribute to the overall development of cloud intelligence.

At the same time, the global business line established a strategic customer cooperation department, which was headed by Jing Hui (Jing Hui) and reported to me. The Strategic Customer Cooperation Department will be responsible for the expansion of core head customers within the global business line. By coordinating internal and external resources, we will promote strategic customer attack, implement strategic agreements, and support the seven major regional organizations and various industry lines.
