Therefore, one of the key requirements of the duplexer is how to separate the receiver frequency from the transmitter frequency. The isolation of Hantianxia's B3 duplexer exceeds 55dB, which can effectively solve the isolation problem between uplink/downlink and meet the current market's basic needs for duplexers. In addition, Hantianxia's B3 duplexer also has excellent performance such as low insertion loss, high power handling, and miniaturized package size.

1) Currently, prices in the entire RF filter industry are polarized:
● International giants monopolize the high-end market: Two American companies (Broadcom and Qorvo) that master core technologies firmly occupy the high-end market, and their performance advantages give them very high pricing power;

Duplexers play an important role in modern mobile communications. They are widely used in the fields of communications and electronic warfare. RF filter is the largest sub-industry in the RF field, and filters are the products with the highest output value in all fields of RF front-end. After the global BAW filter industry experienced a technological pioneering period before 1980 and a technological germination period from 1980 to 2000, it was able to develop and promote rapidly from 2000 to 2006, and gradually matured after 2006. BAW technology after 2006 mainly focused on the improvement of existing technologies to meet new market demands and technical standards. The technology related to RF filter chips has been pioneered by Avago in the United States since 1980. After 40 years of development, its patents and technical barriers are very high, which is also the main reason why the relevant industries in my country have been stuck. After 40 years of development, major IDM manufacturers in the United States and Japan have deployed intellectual property rights in the design, manufacturing, and packaging of BAW filters, including the manufacture of resonator units, the construction of resonator unit models, strategies to improve the isolation of duplexers and multiplexers, strategies to improve the resonance performance of resonator units, and wafer-level packaging solutions. This has seriously hindered the localization process of my country's RF filter chip industry, especially high-end products such as duplexer and multiplexer high-frequency filter chips.
As mentioned above, due to the extremely complex design and process of BAW filter chips, extremely high technical barriers, and insufficient accumulation of domestic BAW filter technology and processes, there are very limited manufacturers that can directly enter the BAW filter market, and no company has yet mass-produced and shipped. Hantianxia is the first company in China to fully master the mass production technology of BAW filters. It has broken through foreign patent and technology blockades in design, process, packaging, etc., and has successfully manufactured high-performance high-end RF front-end filter chips through independent research and development. BAW filter chips based on MEMS processing technology use a large number of non-standard processing steps, and the manufacturing difficulty is much higher than that of traditional IC chips. At present, foreign BAW filter manufacturers all adopt the IDM model (integrated design and manufacturing, that is, the company has its own chip production line), which requires companies to make heavy asset investments in research and development to build production lines. This requires a long period of resource accumulation. Hantianxia currently adopts the CIDM model, which is as follows: in the early R&D stage, relying on its leading advantages in technology, it completely independently completes the chip design work; in the processing and manufacturing stage, it chooses to cooperate deeply with the wafer foundry and dispatches R&D personnel directly to the foundry's production line to provide technical guidance to the foundry operators for parameter debugging and realize product development; some core equipment on the entire process line is provided by Hantianxia, and the production line is dedicated to Hantianxia, used by the foundry to complete production and manufacturing. The core technology is completely independent and self-developed, and innovatively integrates multiple technologies such as piezoelectric effect, inertial mass load effect, deposition technology of high c-axis oriented AlN piezoelectric film, and boundary microstructure control of lateral acoustic wave leakage technology. It has successfully achieved technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in circuit design, efficient extraction of acoustic and electrical parameters under longitudinal wave mode, resonator unit manufacturing, packaging testing, and layout design. The resonator quality factor has been greatly improved, and the international mainstream 1.1mm*0.9mm small package can be achieved. It is breaking through ultra-small packaging, and the technology has reached the top domestic level. Two high-frequency band products have entered large-scale mass production, and two extremely complex products have been sent to customers for sampling. More than 70 customers have been supplied in total, and the core products have won the "Hardcore China Core" Best RF Chip Award and the "China Core" Excellent Technology Innovation Product Award. In November 2020, the monthly shipment volume exceeded 10 million units, ranking first in the domestic market. As of 2021, the cumulative shipments have exceeded 120 million units.
