This reference design uses Toshiba's motor drive dedicated microcontroller TMPM375FSDMG and intelligent power module (IPD) TPD4123AK for motor control. This solution uses vector control algorithm to achieve sensorless variable frequency motor control, and uses an Arm ® Cortex ® -M3 core MCU with Toshiba's unique vector engine to achieve precise control of the range hood. The hardware structure is simple and reliable, and the software uses a vector engine to implement vector operations, which is high-speed, reliable, and has a simple program structure.
