New product development is not soft! Toshiba SG6 new lineup is launched

Although Toshiba has made a lot of achievements in the field of flash memory, facing an increasingly competitive market, it has not been relenting in the research and development of new products.

Today, Zhizi is going to introduce SG6 , a new lineup of consumer-grade SATA SSDs from Toshiba . It uses Toshiba's advanced 64-layer 3D flash memory technology and has many superior performances.

Three capacities to choose from:

256GB, 512GB and 1024GB respectively.

Two dimensions:

Each capacity adopts the 2.5-type standard form factor for traditional HDD upgrades and the M.2 2280 standard form factor for mainstream mobile computers.

Fast transmission performance:

SG6 adopts the SATA 3.3 specification with a bandwidth of 6.0Gbit/s, and the transmission performance of sequential read and sequential write is as high as 550MB/s and 535MB/s respectively.

Low operating power consumption:

The operating power consumption of SG6 is reduced by up to 40% compared with the previous generation of products !

Extended battery runtime :

Thanks to improvements in power consumption performance, the SG6's battery runtime is extended.

Efficiency bug fixes :

The SG6 supports Toshiba's proprietary QSBC ^TM (Quadruple Swing-By Code) error correction technology*, which protects customers' data from corruption and improves reliability, enabling efficient and accurate data processing.
