Added to the full range of standard MAG-MATE insulation displacement crimp (IDC) terminals, the new Nano MAG-MATE terminals are small enough to accommodate single or double wire terminations of 30-40 AWG (0.08-0.25 mm diameter) copper magnet wire , providing a clean, reliable, cost-effective solution ideal for small motors, stepper motors or small coil applications.

Solderless termination using insulation displacement crimping (IDC) technology can automate the enameled wire termination process, reduce labor costs, improve operational efficiency, make the manufacturing process more reliable and stable, and maintain consistent quality results;

No soldering or welding processes are required , saving application costs and reducing the risk of potential damage to heat-sensitive circuits and/or the emission of chemical fumes;
