After introducing the rich automotive applications, Martin brought the lens to a unique display wall: ON Semiconductor is one of the few companies in the world with end-to-end SiC supply chain capabilities - from mass production ingots to first-class integrated modules and discrete packaging solutions solutions that provide customers with supply assurance they can trust. During the presentation , Martin mentioned an all-silicon carbide electric vehicle DC fast charging platform. This solution can charge 400V or 800V electric vehicle batteries with an efficiency of up to 96% .
