New Product Information | Qorvo ACT88329 and ACT88321 Multi-Programmable Power Management ICs
Technology is changing with each passing day. We are on the road of innovation every day, acquiring cutting-edge field knowledge and transforming it into our own achievements to create products that are more suitable for users. On this road, Mouser Electronics will always be with you and provide the latest procurement information at any time, hoping to bring you more innovation and inspiration. The following is the new product information this week, please check it in time:
Qorvo ACT88329 and ACT88321
Mouser Electronics now stocks Qorvo ® 's ACT88329 and ACT88321 multi-programmable constant on-time (COT) power management ICs (PMICs), both ActiveCiPS™ products.
Qorvo ACT88329 and ACT88321 PMICs help accelerate time to market by providing design flexibility for a variety of applications, including SSD cards, computer vision (such as security cameras) and routers, home control, voice assistance devices, and low-power mobile applications such as LPDDR5. The same basic components can be used in a variety of different end products by simply changing the PMIC configuration, without the need for special software or firmware. Manufacturers can debug designs and change settings in real time without changing any external components.
The PMIC integrates five voltage rails, a sequencer, and seven configurable general-purpose IOs (GPIOs) in a very small 2.18 × 2.58mm 30-lead WLCSP package. The GPIOs support two-level input voltage monitoring and can be configured for different functions and purposes such as interrupt, reset, external enable, and sleep/deep sleep modes. The proprietary ACOT control mode provides excellent performance at low output voltages.
Each PMIC contains three DC/DC step-down converters with integrated power FETs and two low dropout regulators (LDOs). All of these components can be easily configured through an I²C interface. The ACT88329 and ACT88321 are the first integrated PMICs to adopt this configuration, which can support output voltages as low as 0.5V in low-output applications such as LPDDR5.
Mouser also offers the companion ACT88329EVK1-101 and ACT88321EVK1-101 evaluation kits for development. These evaluation boards can operate independently, but when connected to a PC via a USB to I²C adapter card, full access to the target PMIC's internal registers and computational functions is available.
