Seize the pulse of the industry! Keysight and Xiamen ICC chip testing new technology seminar begins
In order to promote the high-quality development of integrated circuit companies and empower new productive forces such as artificial intelligence, on April 25, Xiamen National "Xinhuo" Mass Entrepreneurship Base (Platform) - Xiamen Integrated Circuit Design Public Service Platform (referred to as Xiamen ICC) Cooperated with Keysight, a world-renowned electronic measurement company, to hold a seminar on new chip technologies and testing.
In the form of "technical seminar + laboratory visit + exchange", this seminar closely grasped the pulse of the industry and cutting-edge technology. The content covered the current popular integrated circuit testing technology, attracting universities, colleges and universities from the Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quan and other regions and abroad. More than 50 people from integrated circuit companies, wafer fabs, and testing institutions participated.
The seminar was hosted by Keysight China IC Industry Manager Yang Renping. He shared hot technologies and development opportunities and challenges in the semiconductor industry, and how Keysight helps semiconductor customers face these challenges.
Huang Jianbao, director of the Xiamen Integrated Circuit Design Public Service Platform and secretary-general of the Xiamen Integrated Circuit Industry Association, delivered a speech at the conference.
In the technical exchange session, Keysight senior technical expert Wang Guixi shared "Optoelectronic Chips/Optical Modules and the Latest 800G/1.6T Test Challenges" and "Computing Chip Key Technologies and Testing, PCIe/CXL/Ethernet Testing".
Keysight senior technical expert Huang Chengyu shared "RFIC/MMIC chip on-wafer testing, filter packaging and cable testing" and "power semiconductor static and dynamic parameter testing overview".
Experts discussed with participants how to improve test efficiency and reliability based on typical problems encountered in chip testing. The seminar had a warm atmosphere and many highlights. Participants actively participated in the interactive sessions and had in-depth exchanges with the experts.
During the laboratory visit and technical exchange session, participants visited the newly-built chip information security testing public service platform of the Xiamen Integrated Circuit Design Public Service Platform and had heated discussions on related plans.
