As long-term partners, Avnet and Mindray have been cooperating for ten years. The two sides trust each other and have established a very stable and solid cooperative relationship. At the beginning of the outbreak in 2020, when medical equipment was in urgent need, Avnet took the initiative to volunteer to fight side by side with Mindray.
Facing the sudden increase in demand for more than 60 types of materials from Mindray, Avnet not only prepared in advance, but also actively coordinated with the original manufacturers and its own global supply sources, updated the arrival speed of bottleneck materials every day, and ensured the overall stability and reliability of Mindray's material supply. Ultimately, it supported Mindray to deliver all medical equipment on time, saving countless lives and making a significant contribution to the fight against the epidemic .
During the visit to Mindray's headquarters, the Avnet team and Mindray focused on discussing how to work together to cope with supply crises and price fluctuations and maintain a stable material supply for Mindray in the current shortage of semiconductor components.
At the same time, Avnet also detailed its rich resources and technological advantages in the medical field, and how it will provide Mindray with more technical and resource support in innovative projects such as ultrasound diagnosis and treatment, portable ultrasound diagnostic scanners, wearable electrocardiogram devices and infusion pumps.
Avnet is committed to providing partners with design, product, marketing and supply chain expertise at all stages of the product life cycle, supporting leading manufacturers like Mindray to quickly transform ideas into mature products and solutions.
In the future, Avnet and Mindray will continue to work side by side to explore more cooperation opportunities in the medical field and jointly bring more innovative products and solutions to the industry and society.
