Abstract: CCD (charge-coupled device) data acquisition system requires that its interface can achieve fast and stable data transmission. CY7C68013 is a chip that integrates USB2.0 solutions. Its design can fully reflect the data bandwidth characteristics of USB2.0. In combination with the characteristics of CCD data acquisition system, this paper uses CY7C68013 chip to design USB2.0 data interface, focusing on the analysis of firmware program design under GPIF (general purpose programmable interface) mode, including GPIF waveform design, endpoint configuration and read transaction processing, etc., to achieve unidirectional data transmission function based on USB2.0. In the test experiment, the data sent by the external signal source is transmitted from the peripheral FIFO (first-in first-out memory) to the host computer, achieving high-speed data transmission. The maximum transmission speed measured is 113.6Mb/s.
