Abstract: This paper studies the software and hardware design and implementation of an intelligent vehicle controller based on GPS/GSM. The system uses the dual-star system ephemeris data as the basis for vehicle tracking and positioning, and uses GSM value-added services as the information transmission carrier, so that compared with similar intelligent vehicle monitoring systems, it has higher positioning accuracy, stronger real-time communication and higher reliability. The effectiveness, stability and reliability of the system have been verified in practical applications. [Author Abstract]
