Copyright and Disclaimer Statement of EEWORLD-Download

EEWORLD-Download is an online document sharing network service provider of EEWORLD, providing users with upload space and online sharing methods. Based on the protection of the presentation of user uploaded content, it does not make any modifications or edits to the uploaded content itself. If you believe that documents uploaded or shared by EEWORLD users through the information storage space provided by the EEWORLD-Download infringe upon your relevant rights, please issue a rights notice to EEWORLD. As a neutral platform service provider, EEWORLD will take measures to delete the relevant content in accordance with relevant laws and regulations after receiving the relevant notice from the rights holder. The complainant shall provide the following documents:

1. The name/title, contact information, address, business license (unit), and scanned copy of ID card (individual) of the rights holder.
2. The content and requirements of the rights holder's appeal, including the specific names of the content requesting deletion or disconnection of links and the network addresses of the pages on which they are located.
3. The preliminary proof materials that constitute infringement include but are not limited to proof of ownership of the copyright or lawful right of information network dissemination of the work, as well as evidence of the alleged infringement of the work.
4. Rights holder guarantee. The rights holder shall ensure that the information and other related materials, documents, and their acquisition are true, legal, and valid.

Once we receive a notification that meets the above requirements, we will delete the suspected infringing content within a reasonable time. Users who upload materials on EEWORLD are deemed to agree to the corresponding measures taken by EEWORLD in the above situation. EEWORLD shall not be liable for any breach of contract or any other legal responsibility as a result.
