Basic instructions of programmable controller 3.1 Programming elements of FX series programmable controller 1. Overview There are many devices with different functions inside the programmable controller. In fact, these devices are composed of electronic circuits and memory. For example, input relay X, output relay Y, timer T, counter C, auxiliary relay M, status relay S, data register D, address register V/Z, etc. are all composed of memory. It is a soft device, which is an abstract simulation of equivalent concepts, not an actual physical device. Each device has a certain address number, which is very important for programming. The number and type of programming elements of programmable controllers of different manufacturers and even different models of the same manufacturer are different. 2. FX2N series programming elements 1. Input relay X The input relay is connected to the input terminal of the PLC and is the interface for the PLC to receive external switch signals. The input relay connected to the input terminal is an electronic relay with photoelectric isolation. The normally open contact and the normally closed contact are used for programming. The input relay of the FX2N series uses octal address numbering, and X0~X267 can reach up to 184 points. When programming the input relay circuit, please note that the input relay can only be driven by external signals, and cannot be driven by instructions within the program, and its contacts cannot directly output to drive the load.
