These two circuits are similar. Figure
Ll-45 (a) is equipped with an over-temperature alarm . The setting value of temperature sensor KP2 should be higher than KP. The setting value is 1~2℃ higher.
  For example, if 100 eggs are hatched at a time, 500-600W electric heater wire can be used (straightened and evenly installed on
the bottom of the incubator).
  Figure 11-45 (b) shows the temperature control circuit of the DF-500 electric incubator with a capacity of 500 eggs. The shape of the incubator box
is 1000mm high, 970mm wide, 680mm deep, and the insulation layer is 30mm thick. A 75-150W soldering iron core is used
as an electric heater. An instrument fan is installed at the air inlet in the box so that fresh air can be continuously sucked in when the fan is running. The soldering iron
core is fixed in front of the fan blades and directly in front of the fan. Place a plate of clean water somewhere to maintain a certain humidity.
