The working principle of the circuit is as follows: Before the stage smoke circuit is planned to be used in a program, special e-liquid should be added in advance (or the internal container has pre-stored e-liquid). And before the performance starts, the smoke machine must be powered on to preheat. The length of preheating time should be specified to be above 8mrn. If the preheating time is insufficient, the spray will not be turned on. After the preheating is completed, the "spray" control will be started in time. A wireless remote control receiving controller plugged into the main unit of the hood and a wireless remote control in the operator's hand will be used. corresponding control .

After the remote control sends a wireless command, an FM receiving module in the external controller circuit of the smoke machine receives the command signal pulse. After processing, it is output from the "OUT" pin to the @ pin of the demodulation integrated block lCl. The IC 1 circuit has functions such as amplification, detection and shaping. After processing, a high-level control voltage signal is output from the @ pin of IC1. This voltage drives VT1 to conduct through the VD1 diode, and the light-emitting diode in the optocoupler IC2 emits light; after the photosensitive trigger tube in IC 2 is turned on, the thyristor VTH is triggered to conduct. Then a small hydraulic pump on its circuit started running. The hydraulic pump draws out the smoke oil and sprays it out in the form of smoke through the heater. The actual spray duration is still controlled by the operator using the wireless remote control in his hand, as shown in the figure.
