It is a universal ultrasonic receiving circuit . By changing the ratio of the op amp 's input resistance to the feedback resistor,
its gain can be adjusted over a wide range, so the op amp can be used as an amplifier for reflected signals from ultrasonic sensors. When amplifying high-frequency ultrasonic waves,
the gain of a general-purpose operational amplifier is sometimes insufficient. Therefore, a broadband high-gain operational amplifier needs to be used.
This circuit is simple. The receiving sensitivity is high and no debugging is required. After MA40A5R receives the ultrasonic signal from the transmitter, it
is amplified by VT1 and VT2 and sent to the operational amplifier LA6324 for amplification and shaping. After pin ⑥ of LA6324 outputs a high level, VI'3 is turned on and
relay K Suction, control load work.
Controller: The control part determines the size or presence of the received signal of the receiver as the control output of the ultrasonic sensor. For limited-
range ultrasonic sensors, reflected waves from any distance can be received by controlling the gate signal of the distance adjustment loop. In addition, by changing
the time or width of the gate signal, the range of detected objects can be freely changed. The power supply of
ultrasonic sensors is often powered by an external source, usually a DC voltage, with a voltage range of 6 to 24 (1 ± 10%) v. Then through the sensor's
internal voltage stabilizing circuit, it becomes a stable voltage for the sensor to work.
