nRF401/nRF403 is a single-chip RF transceiver chip that operates in the 433 MHz ISM band and the 315 MHz band. It has FSK modulation and demodulation capabilities, strong anti-interference capabilities, and can be easily embedded in various measurement and control systems. nRF401/nRF403 is suitable for use in instrument/meter data acquisition systems, wireless meter reading systems, wireless data communication systems, and computer telemetry/remote control systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 433.92/315.16 MHz
・Sensitivity up to -105 dBm;
・Maximum transmission power up to 10dBm;
・Data transmission rate is 20 Kb/s
・It has 2 signal channels;
・Can be directly interfaced with microcontrollers;
・The power supply voltage of nRF401 is 2.7~5.25 V, and the power supply voltage of nRF403 is 2.7~3.6 V;
・The reception standby current is only 8μA.
