TQ5638 is a receiver that supports KPCS CDMA/GPS working mode. Its electrical characteristics meet the requirements of TIA/EIA 98-C wireless communication standards and can be used in mobile phones based on KPCS frequency band/A-GPS CDMA (IS-95/98).
The main technical features are as follows:
・L0 frequency range: KPCS frequency band low end is 1620~1650 MHz, high end is 2060~2090 MHz; AGPS frequency band low end is 1355.04 MHz, high end is l795.80 MHz;
・IF range is 80 to 230 MHz (PCS and GPS bands);
・The power supply voltage is 2.7 to 3.3 V;
・The power supply current is 20.5 mA (high-gain mode), and the current in low-power mode is 10 μA;
・LNA has adjustable IP3 to minimize cross-modulation and intermodulation;
・The mixer provides differential IF output (for GPS mode, single-ended or differential IF output is provided);
・Excellent linearity and low noise figure.
