This circuit is composed of the integrated circuit MM5369 time base generator. This device requires an external crystal, which is cut according to the standard 3.579545MHz color TV "color sync signal" frequency. The output of the circuit is at two frequencies: 60Hz and 3.58MHz. The circuit can output the correct frequency with the help of a 5-50pF variable capacitor. This frequency can be monitored with a frequency meter or similar instrument.
