MAX2369 is a complete dual-band tri-mode transmitter chip for cellular phones. It is suitable for tri-mode or dual-mode mobile phones, artificial satellites, wireless data links (WAN/LAN), high-speed data modulators, high-speed digital cordless phones and wireless local area networks (WLl.) and other fields.
The main technical features are as follows:
・RF operating frequency is 800~1000 MHz/1700~2000 MHz;
・I/O modulation method;
・Operating voltage 2.7~ 5.5 V;
・Power supply current (at VGC = 2.5 V, plus 10 mA local oscillator buffer current): PCS mode is 130 ~ 160 mA, cellular digital mode is 133 ~ 165 mA, FM mode is 115 ~ 143 mA, sleep mode is 20uA;
・RF output power is 12 dBm for FM mode and 7 dBm for other modes;
・Power control range is 30 dB (VGC = 0.5 ~ 2.5 V);
・Working temperature: -40~85℃;
・It has a 3-wire serial bus compatible with SPITM/QSPITM/MICROWIRETM;
・Single sideband up-conversion eliminates the need for SAW filters.
