Rapid system prototyping technology has become one of the main means of SoC (system on chip) verification, but most prototype descriptions still use Verilog/VHDL language, which has low description efficiency. Based on software compiled system design (SCSD), a prototype verification process of SoC is proposed. The SoC prototype is described in Handel-C language and directly implemented on the prototype verification hardware. A prototype of SoC prototype verification system is built using SCSD software tools, RC1000 and RC200 hardware platforms, and the prototype verification of Lena image processing SoC is completed on the prototype. Based on repeated experiments, the SoC prototype verification process is improved, and a new prototype circuit board is designed.
