MRF8P9040N Verification Simulation

1. Overview of all project files

Second, do a static bias scan of the tube, build the circuit, insert the template, and set the S parameters as shown below:

The short circuit problem has been solved. The T pin cannot be grounded. However, the unphysical lines still exist. Which parameter is the problem? I strictly follow the book.

I would like to ask, when HB simulation is performed, the output power corresponding to the 1dB compression point cannot reach 46dBm. What is the problem? The output I achieved is around 28.
