In this evaluation, Anlu has prepared the Anlu SparkRoad development board for everyone. The board is based on the "Falcon" series product EG4S20 FPGA launched by Anlu . This series of products has the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost, high performance, etc., rich LUT, DSP, BRAM, high-speed differential IO and other resources, and powerful pin-compatible replacement performance. Anlu Technology's EG4S20 FPGA uses the latest 3D packaging technology and is packaged with a 2M X 32bits SDRAM. EG4S20 has both a smaller, simpler and more reliable QFN package and a BGA package with more user-available IO.
