TI Wireless MCU Offline Automatic Burning Instructions
[Copy link]
In order to solve the problem of slow burning speed and difficulty in protecting intellectual property rights when using emulators in mass production, an offline automatic burning tool is now provided. The tool supports the following TI wireless MCU models:
CC1350, CC1310, CC2670, CC2650, CC2640, CC2630, CC2620, CC2538
Programming tool and MCU to be programmed (DEMO)
1) Effective protection of intellectual property rights
Customers only need to upload the program to be burned to the burning tool through the network port, and can set a login password for protection. For example, use the FTP upload tool FlashFXP to upload the file rfWsnNode_CC1310_LAUNCHXL_tirtos_ccs.bin to be burned.
2) Burning stability and reliability
Using this tool, 1,100 CC1310 chips have been programmed without power failure and can be programmed continuously. The reliability is ensured by using CRC 32-bit checksum and readback comparison mechanism to ensure that the binary code programmed into the MCU is 100% reliable.
3) Burning speed
Compared with the emulator XDS110 and emulator USB560V2, the burning tool is much faster than the XDS110 emulator and is close to the high-end emulator USB560V2.

4) Technical support can be provided
Since this tool is developed by our company, we can provide technical support from hardware to software for the above models.
If the customer needs to burn before welding, this burning tool can also be used to complete it. Since the tool reserves some IO interfaces and other interfaces, it can control the robot arm to complete 24-hour unattended burning.
Burning steps:
1) Power on the burning tool
2) Upload the file to be burned to the burning tool via FTP
3) Connect the programming connector to the wireless MCU
4) Automatically monitor and identify the MCU, start burning, and the indicator light goes out
5) If the burning is successful, the indicator light will be on. If the burning is abnormal, the buzzer will sound an alarm.
6) Repeat step 3
