Overview

I was bored at work, so I tried to make a control system to meet some of my on-site control needs.

Scenario 1: Cluster control of central air conditioners, realizing cloud monitoring and policy control through WIFI. Stabilize the temperature and humidity in the workshop, electrical control room and office space, achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, and realize automatic management of equipment failure warning and equipment maintenance strategies, reduce dependence on people, and improve the operation reliability of equipment.

 

Scenario 2: Intelligent control of the entire factory drainage system, classified control of daily drainage during heavy rains. To solve the problem of high failure rate of large pumps that frequently start and stop. During heavy rains and typhoons, water drainage is not timely. The entire water system is unbalanced, causing local waterlogging. The pumps in each area cannot be automatically deployed. The water system must be strategically balanced to ensure that the overall drainage does not cause excessive local drainage. big.

 

The hardware is only a basic underlying unit in the system, and more functions are based on the management program and data analysis program in the server. It will be slowly and gradually improved and established in the future. The OPC protocol is initially adopted as the data reporting mode.
