The topic of this live broadcast is to make a coin detection device (2022 TI Cup D question-blind box identification device). It aims to help contestants master the core skills of electronic design, cultivate innovative thinking, and improve practical abilities. The content of the competition involves familiarity and construction of schematic diagrams, as well as PCB design. The entire live broadcast is mainly divided into four parts:

the first part is to analyze the working principle of coin detection, and then determine the circuit plan based on the principle. The working principle of the project is the basis of the entire project. It will affect the overall circuit plan, control algorithm and debugging method in the later stage. Only by thoroughly analyzing the principle can a stable and controllable circuit system be built.

In the second part, we will determine the circuit scheme based on the system principles and then start designing the project schematic diagram. In this part we will explain in detail the working principles of circuit components, component calculations and component selection.

The third part is to carry out PCB design. PCB is the carrier of electronic products, carrying various components and circuits. When designing a PCB, you need to consider layout, wiring, thermal design, signal integrity and other factors. In this competition, we will guide the contestants to learn how to rationally layout and optimize wiring to ensure stable and reliable signal transmission and reduce noise interference.

Finally, there is the overall circuit debugging. In this part, we will explain the entire circuit debugging process, including circuit welding precautions, circuit installation precautions, debugging demonstration, program algorithm interpretation, signal noise processing, data acquisition and processing, etc. After the above steps, the overall development is finally completed.
