[If you could choose again] If you could choose again, would you choose to continue working as an EE, or choose a state-owned enterprise that can provide you with retirement benefits? [Copy link]

1. I want to go to a retirement home, and I want to go to various retirement units, such as state-owned enterprises, civil servants, and public institutions near my home. 2. I still insist on my choice and devote my youth and passion to China's electronics industry! 3. In fact, I have other ideas... Can you guys express your ideas?

Do you think you can choose a state-owned enterprise whenever you want? Young man, since you are so green, it is better for you to choose to be a leek. If you enter a state-owned enterprise, you will be supported by the state, which will add burden to the state.

The intensity of overtime work in state-owned enterprises is no less than that in private enterprises, and the wages are even lower. But we are proud because we are fighting for socialism.

I learned about Wuxi CETC58, which is engaged in integrated circuits. According to an internal notice, party members should work overtime for no less than 10 hours a week, while non-party members should work overtime for 8 hours, which is more than 400 hours a year. There is no annual leave. If you apply for leave, you can use overtime time to make up for it, which means you can have a few more days off during the Chinese New Year. They are recruiting fresh graduates with a master's degree from a 985 or 211  Details Published on 2018-11-14 14:36

It is just a hypothesis. I just want to hear the opinions of the seniors. After all, it is difficult to turn back after making a choice.

What I want to talk about is the kind of retirement units, such as civil servants and teachers. They certainly don’t make as much money as technical workers, but they can see the end of the world at a glance.

State-owned enterprise pensions support leaders and nepotists, not ordinary people.

So, it is still the most realistic to work hard on your own.

The complexity of interpersonal relationships in state-owned enterprises is hard to describe. As for work, those who are busy can be exhausted to death, and those who are idle can be idle to death.

This varies from person to person. Some people are suitable for working in the system, while others are not. I don't prefer state-owned enterprises.

Understand the internal notice of Wuxi CETC58 Institute, which makes integrated circuits: Party members should work overtime for no less than 10 hours a week in principle, and non-party members for 8 hours, which is more than 400 hours a year, and there is no annual leave. Leave can be compensated by overtime time, which means a few more days off during the Chinese New Year. Recruiting fresh graduates only requires masters from 985 or 211 universities, 6000 per month (2500 basic salary + 3500 performance). This performance is ridiculous, we are technical positions, not front-line workers who are paid by piecework. There is no money for overtime during normal days, and only three times the salary during statutory holidays. Please note that it is three times the basic salary, 2500/22*3. My wife works in a foreign company, and she got 2500 overtime pay for working overtime for 3 days during the National Day holiday. I got 800 for working overtime for three days.
