Understand the internal notice of Wuxi CETC58 Institute, which makes integrated circuits: Party members should work overtime for no less than 10 hours a week in principle, and non-party members for 8 hours, which is more than 400 hours a year, and there is no annual leave. Recruiting fresh graduates only requires masters from 985 or 211 universities, 6000 per month (2500 basic salary + 3500 performance). This performance is ridiculous, we are technical positions, not front-line workers who are paid by piecework. There is no money for overtime during normal days, and only three times the salary during statutory holidays. Please note that it is three times the basic salary, 2500/22*3. My wife works in a foreign company, and she got 2500 overtime pay for working overtime for 3 days during the National Day holiday. I got 800 for working overtime for three days.
