TB67B000HG is a three-phase sine wave PWM driver for brushless motorcycles. The high TB67B000HG has a voltage IC of 500 V. TB67B000HG has a 2-in-1 (MCP) controller structure (sine wave PWM/wide-angle conduction) and high-voltage driver. The speed of the brushless DC motor can be directly controlled by the speed control signal (analog) of the microcomputer.
