Overview

TB62218AFG/AFTG is a two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver using PWM chopper. The TB62218AFG/AFTG is manufactured using the BiCD process and is rated at 40 V/2.0 A. The on-chip voltage regulator allows control of stepper motors using a single VM power supply.
