After the transaction is completed, the two parties will carry out comprehensive integration in the fields of research and development, sales, supply chain, etc., focusing on the integration of automotive-grade sensor chips and power chips, and leading the new trend of automotive sensor chips in the direction of intelligence.
According to data, founded in 2015, Jijie Electronics is a leading supplier of automotive sensor chips in China. It has laid out six major product lines, including battery pack monitoring sensor chips (BPS, BMS AFE, etc.), tire pressure monitoring sensor chips (TPMS), universal sensor interface chips (USI), car Bluetooth (Auto BLE), wireless sensor control chips (WSC) and power chips (PMU, etc.). Many automotive sensor chip products have been successfully mass-produced and shipped to major customers such as CATL, Volkswagen, SAIC, Baolong Technology, and Sany Heavy Industry.
