In February this year, Red Magic released the Red Magic 7 Pro, the world's fastest charging gaming phone, which supports a maximum charging power of 135W.
Recently, the iterative model of the Red Magic 7 series, the Red Magic 7S Standard Edition, passed the 3C certification, and its charging specifications have also been preliminarily confirmed.
According to the 3C certification information, the Red Magic 7S standard version will be equipped with a power adapter that supports a maximum charging power of 165W.
However, according to the information of the previous generation, the Red Magic 7 standard version and the Red Magic 7 Pro also come standard with a 165W gallium nitride charger, but the maximum charging power supported by the mobile phones themselves is 120W and 135W respectively. Therefore, it is expected that the charging specifications supported by the Red Magic 7S series will remain the same as the previous generation, that is, the Red Magic 7S supports 120W charging and the Red Magic 7S Pro supports 135W charging.
The 135W Magic Flash Charge on the Red Magic 7 Pro uses Flash Fast Charge technology and innovative parallel three-charge pump technology, which can charge to 100% in 15 minutes. The 5000mAh dual 6C battery supports charging separation technology, which allows you to play while charging, reduce charging temperature rise, and increase battery life. At the same time, the fast charging adapter has excellent compatibility and supports all mainstream fast charging protocols such as QC, PD, PPS, AFC, FCP, SCP, and PE2.0.
In terms of performance, the two new models in the Red Magic 7S series will be equipped with the new Snapdragon 8+ mobile platform, based on TSMC's 4nm process, and the main frequency of the large core has been upgraded to 3.2GHz. Its power consumption and energy efficiency have been significantly improved compared to the previous generation.
In addition, the Red Magic 7 Pro is the first model to apply under-screen camera technology to gaming phones, with five black technologies, namely 7-layer high-transmittance material, UDC Pro display chip, multi-drive ACE circuit, tripod-shaped pixel arrangement under the screen, and wavy electrode solution. The new generation Red Magic 7S Pro is expected to inherit this technology and become the second gaming phone equipped with an under-screen camera.
