Guoguang Electric: Currently supplying acoustic modules for VR/AR devices and will soon produce VR/AR complete machines

On May 10, Guoguang Electric stated on the investor interaction platform that the company currently supplies acoustic modules for VR/AR equipment and is about to produce VR/AR complete machines. The VR/AR business is an important direction for the company's business development.

The first quarter report shows that Guoguang Electric achieved operating income of approximately 1.121 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%; the corresponding attributable net profit was 6.0046 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 89.07%.

In 2021, Guoguang Electric achieved a total operating revenue of 4.815 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.20%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent was 40.1368 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 78.50%; non-net profit was 9.7917 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 92.52%; net cash flow generated from operating activities was -128 million yuan, compared with 535 million yuan in the same period last year.

According to the annual report, Guoguang Electric's main businesses are audio and electroacoustic business and lithium battery business. The company's audio and electroacoustic business main products include speakers, Bluetooth speakers, smart speakers, car speakers, computer peripheral speakers, Wi-Fi speakers, soundbar products, headphones, mainly used in wearable products (such as VR/AR), smart TVs, smart phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers and other consumer electronic products. The main products of the lithium battery business are used in wireless headphones, smart speakers, wearable devices, electronic cigarettes, drones and other products.
