On December 7, Suzhou Dasheng Guoke Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd.'s "Automotive-grade Power Semiconductor Devices and Advanced Packaging Testing" project settled in Yancheng Jianhu High-tech Zone.
According to the Jianhu County People's Government, the project plans to invest 970 million yuan, rent 45,000 square meters of factory buildings in the Electronic Information Industrial Park of Jianhu High-tech Zone, purchase about 370 sets of equipment, and invest about 700 million yuan in equipment. After the project reaches full production, the annual production capacity of integrated circuit discrete devices will reach 300,000 pieces (equivalent to a chip packaging capacity of about 300 million pieces) and the annual production capacity of IGBT modules will reach 50 million pieces. The products are widely used in 5G communications, ultra-high voltage, new energy vehicles, photovoltaics and other industries.
