The Redmi 10 (2022) and Redmi 10 Prime (2022) smartphones are under development, but current intelligence suggests they will be launched overseas soon.
These models have appeared on various certification platforms, including Indonesia's TKDN, Europe's EEC, SDPPI, TUV, and Singapore's IMDA. Now, foreign media have discovered that the Redmi 10 2022 with model number 22011119UY has been certified by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
Unlike before, this certification list also shows some hardware information of the phone. It is expected that the phone may be unveiled sometime in the first quarter of 2022.
In addition, the variants of this phone in different markets include 21121119SG (G means global version), 22011119UY and 21121119VL, indicating that Xiaomi will sell it in multiple markets around the world.
According to the certification information, Redmi 10 2022 will have two versions: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB, both pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 system based on Android 11. It is worth mentioning that this phone will only support 4G LTE connection, and the chip is not expected to be too high-end.
@Tipster Kacper Skrzypek also said that the Redmi 10 2022 will be equipped with a 50MP main camera, which may be a Samsung S5KJN1 lens or an OmniVision OV50C40 sensor, supplemented by an 8MP Sony IMX355 and a 2MP OmniVision OV02B1B or GC02M1B lens.
Some foreign media also believe that this model is the rebranded model of the Redmi Note 11 4G previously launched in China. If true, the Biaosong phone may be equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
IT Home learned that the Redmi Note 11 4G is equipped with MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, equipped with a 5000mAh battery, and supports 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging.
