rfHCS362G/362F ASK/FSK 440～310 MHz KEELOQ Code Hopping Transmitter

fHCS362 is a monolithic integrated circuit chip that integrates KEELOQ encoder and transmitter. It complies with the US FCC Part l5.231 standard, European ERC 70-03E and EN 300 220-1 requirements. It can be applied to automatic remote entry (RKE) systems, automatic alarm systems, public door and garage door openers, identity tags, burglar alarm systems and building entrances. 

The main technical features are as follows: 

・On-chip tunable encoder oscillator, encoder data rate selectable from 417 to 3334 b/s; 

・With E2PROM programming interface, using non-volatile E2PROM memory to store synchronization data; 

・The encryption key of rfHCS362G is 2×64, the encoding method is PWM/MAN, and the modulation method is ASK; 

・The encryption key of rfHCS362F is 2×64, the encoding method is PWM/MAN, and the modulation method is ASK/FSK; 

・Encryption keys are read-protected; 

・There is a clock output terminal (CLKOUT) with the crystal frequency divided by 4; 

・Operating frequency is 310～440 MHz; 

・Operating voltage is 2.2～5.5V; 

・Output power is adjustable from -12 to 2 dBm; 

・Emission current is 4.8～11.5 mA, standby current is less than 200 nA; 

・Differential output structure, suitable for single-ended antenna or double-ended loop antenna access.
