The touch switch circuit made of 5G673 is shown in the figure. The circuit is composed of 5G673 IC, relay and some resistors and capacitors. 5G673 is an 8-speed interlocked output PMOS integrated circuit. M1~M6 are six metal touch pieces. Their input is connected to the positive voltage through resistors R1-R6, so they are usually in a high potential state, and the output ends are all low potential. When any one of the metal pieces M1~M6 is touched by hand, the corresponding output end becomes a high level, and a voltage drop is generated on resistors R7~R12 to turn on the transistor of this circuit, thereby driving the light-emitting diode for indication and the relay to attract to achieve the control purpose. If you press the M1 touch piece, the transistor V1 is turned on, and the relay K1 is attracted to control the circuit to work.
Relays K1~K6 use 12V 4099. If there are no special requirements, just follow the circuit diagram.
