Pure Technology: Phase I of wafer regeneration project has entered mass production

On December 2, Zhichun Technology stated on the interactive platform that the Hefei wafer regeneration project has entered normal mass production and supply.

Zhichun Technology further pointed out that the first phase of the wafer regeneration project has officially entered mass production, and production capacity is increasing. The second phase of the project will be gradually launched after the production capacity of the first phase is fully released.

In its 2021 interim report, Zhichun Technology stated that the company's heavily invested wafer regeneration business is an integration of its own advantages in wet process equipment, high-purity chemical supply systems, process teams, and other original business capabilities, and can effectively solve the problem of wafer regeneration relying on export processing in high-end wafer manufacturing. The wafer regeneration and component regeneration project invested by the company in Hefei Xinzhan was officially put into mass production in July 2021. It will take some time for the production capacity to ramp up, and it is expected to contribute 2 months of output value in 2021.
