On November 26, Shanghai Belling’s official Weibo account announced that the company has launched a 16Mbps high-speed 485 chip.
With the rapid development of communication, industrial control, smart home and other fields, many applications require large amounts of RS-485 network data exchange and fast transmission rates. Shanghai Belling's high-speed 485 chip BL1590 can reach a rate of 16Mpbs and has a fast response speed, which can meet the industry's demand for high-speed communication. BL1590 is suitable for application fields that require high-speed 485 data transmission, such as communication, industrial control, smart home, lighting control, etc.
It is understood that Shanghai Belling's integrated circuit business mainly includes five major product areas, namely power management, smart metering and SoC, non-volatile memory, power devices and high-speed and high-precision ADC. The main target markets are smart meters, mobile phones, televisions, security, computer peripherals, high-end and portable medical equipment, industrial control equipment and other industrial and consumer electronic products.
In the super-strong economic cycle, Shanghai Belling achieved revenue of 1.019 billion yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 87.19% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent was 392 million yuan, an increase of 337.22% year-on-year; and non-net profit was 199 million yuan, an increase of 170.89% year-on-year.
In the current market situation of increasing chip demand, tight supply and rising prices, Shanghai Belling has continued to expand its power management products on the basis of the original market with its rich power management product categories and relatively stable production capacity. Sales in the first half of the year increased by about 105% compared with the same period last year, and it has continued to enter new fields and acquire new customers, ensuring the company's market share and industry status continue to improve. The revenue and gross profit margin of the power management business of its subsidiaries Nanjing Weimo and Lingxin have continued to increase.
Shanghai Belling's Secretary Zhou Chengjie said that the revenue growth rates of the company's five major product lines are different. "We see that the overall demand in the domestic semiconductor market is still strong, and production capacity is still tight." He said, "The company will actively maintain good cooperation with domestic foundry suppliers to play a positive role in alleviating the company's production capacity constraints. This year, the company's IC business will continue to maintain a good development momentum."
