With a total investment of approximately RMB 320 million, the Hefei Shengteng Semiconductor Project held a commissioning ceremony

On October 17, the domestic production project of key components for core equipment in the semiconductor industry of Hefei Shengteng Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengteng Semiconductor") held a production ceremony in Xinzhan High-tech Zone.

According to the news released by Hefei, the total investment of the Hefei Shengteng Semiconductor Project is about 320 million yuan. It plans to purchase production equipment and build surface treatment, cleaning and pretreatment production lines to engage in the production and manufacturing of key components of core equipment in the semiconductor industry. Through the subsequent continuous expansion of production capacity, the annual output value is expected to reach 800 million yuan. In addition, the mass production of this project will further improve the localization of key components and inject important new forces into the semiconductor industry in Xinzhan High-tech Zone and even Hefei.

It is reported that Hefei Shengteng Semiconductor was established in 2010. It is an enterprise focusing on the research and development, maintenance, parts refurbishment and new product manufacturing of semiconductor equipment. It is mainly engaged in the localization of key parts of chemical vapor deposition process equipment such as production line pumps, channel connectors, gas distribution parts, valves, transport cavity pipelines, process chambers, ion film deposition process equipment, and semiconductor etching process equipment. Its main customers include semiconductor wafer and LCD panel manufacturing companies.
