Zhan Mingxue directly holds 12.5% of the shares and holds a total of 67.73989% of the company's shares through Guangzhou Langyuan Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Langcheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), making him the actual controller of Langguo Technology.
