No profit will be distributed in 2020, and capital reserves will not be transferred.

During the reporting period, AMEC was mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of high-end semiconductor equipment and pan-semiconductor equipment. AMEC mainly provides etching equipment, MOCVD equipment and other equipment to manufacturers of semiconductor products such as integrated circuits, LED epitaxial wafers, power devices, and MEMS.

AMEC said that the company is targeting the forefront of world science and technology and, based on the professional technology accumulated over many years in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry, is involved in the fields of semiconductor integrated circuit manufacturing, advanced packaging, LED epitaxial wafer production, power devices, MEMS manufacturing and other high-end equipment for micro-processes.

At the same time, AMEC stated that its plasma etching equipment has been used in international first-line customers' production lines ranging from 65 nanometers to 14 nanometers, 7 nanometers and 5 nanometers, as well as other advanced integrated circuit processing and manufacturing production lines and advanced packaging production lines; the company's MOCVD equipment has been put into mass production on the production lines of industry-leading customers, and the company has become one of the world's leading manufacturers of gallium nitride-based LED equipment.
