Shenzhen should give full play to its role as the implementing entity, establish a mechanism for the implementation of work tasks and coordination of major issues, communicate and coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology in a timely manner, refine the plan, clarify the timetable, roadmap, and responsible persons, and promote the implementation of various tasks determined in this plan.
The Ministry of Science and Technology will work with relevant departments to strengthen tracking, analysis and guidance on the implementation of this plan, and organize an evaluation of the plan's implementation in a timely manner.
