Meizu announced today that it will premiere its 18th anniversary promotional video "These Eighteen Years" on March 1, hold a Flyme 9 launch conference on March 2, and hold a Meizu 18 series 5G dual flagship launch conference on March 3.
IT Home learned that Meizu Technology (MEIZU) was founded on March 14, 2003, and it has been 18 years.
Yesterday, a digital blogger released a screenshot of the suspected configuration of Meizu 18, showing that the basic version of Meizu 18 will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 mobile platform, which is an upgraded version of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865; the middle of the top of the screenshot is empty, but symmetrical on the left and right, indicating that Meizu 18 should adopt a center-mounted hole design.
In addition, the Meizu 18 may adopt a 64+12+5MP rear triple-camera system; the system is Flyme 8.3 system based on Android 11, which is expected to be a new Flyme system that has not yet been announced.
Meizu Flyme officially announced at the end of last year that the Meizu 17 series began testing a new version of Flyme based on the Android 11 system, upgrading functions such as permission management. The internal beta recruitment started on December 23, and the official version will be pushed in the spring of 2021.
