On January 28, the Wuhan Huangshi Lianxin 5G touch display project held a commissioning ceremony.
The project relies on the Huangshi New Industrialization Demonstration Base platform and the surrounding upstream display panel resources to strengthen and supplement the supply chain and promote the development of the Huangshi optoelectronic display industry cluster.
It is reported that the Lianxin 5G touch display project is jointly invested and constructed by the listed company Lianchuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and the Huangshi State-owned Assets Company, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It will be built in two phases. After completion, it will produce 25 million medium and large-size touch screens annually.
Lu Fanrong, vice president of Lianchuang Electronics, said that in 2021, the company will continue to improve productive construction, focus on R&D and innovation, and increase market share, centering on the operating goals of expanding production and increasing efficiency and achieving sales revenue of over 1 billion yuan; it will also accelerate the construction of the second phase of the project to enhance the scale effect.
Lu Fanrong said that Lianxin Display will rely on the technical advantages, customer resources of Lianchuang Electronics' integrated touch display products and Huangshi's industrial location advantages and policy support to further improve the industrial chain and develop the company into a research and development and production base for medium and large-sized touch display screens.
