According to Huawei's official website, Huawei has removed the Mate 20/20 Pro/20 X from the EMUI security update support list and will not receive monthly/quarterly security updates. Currently, only the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G model is retained. In addition, all Huawei P20 models are not on the security update list.
Huawei's Mate 20 Lite models sold overseas remain on the quarterly security update list.
Huawei's Mate 20 series was released in 2018 and is equipped with the Kirin 980 processor. This chip is manufactured using a 7nm process and has 2x2.6GHz A76 super cores, 2x1.92 GHz A76 large cores, and 4x1.8GHz A55 small cores. The series of phones is equipped with a 24-megapixel front camera , and the Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 X models are equipped with a 40-megapixel Leica-certified rear camera, and support up to 40W super fast charging.
In terms of system, these models have been adapted to Huawei's latest EMUI 11, and the latest version 11.0.0.130 has been pushed to beta users on January 15.
