Focusing on the R&D and design of IGBT-related products, Xinneng Semiconductor completed a nearly 100 million yuan round B financing

Tianyancha shows that Xinneng Semiconductor has completed a new round of Series B financing with a financing amount of nearly 100 million yuan. Investors include Midea Capital, Jinbang Capital, Falcon Investment, and Xiamen Guanheng.

In August last year, Xinneng Semiconductor completed a strategic investment of tens of millions of RMB.

According to the official website, Xinneng Semiconductor was established in 2013 and jointly invested by well-known institutions such as Shenzhen Zhengxuan Technology, Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Shenzhen Talent Innovation Fund, Dachen Venture Capital, Fanguang Capital, and Xiamen Falcon. It is committed to the research and development, application and sales of IGBT chips, IGBT driver chips and high-power intelligent power modules.

The main personnel of Xinneng Semiconductor have more than ten years of industry experience and were the first in China to successfully mass-produce IGBT products based on the FST process. Xinneng Semiconductor has R&D centers in Shanghai and Shenzhen, and has established sales offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shunde and Hangzhou.

It is reported that at present, Xinneng Semiconductor focuses on 600V and 1200V small and medium-power IGBT products, and has a complete product series in the four fields of IGBT single tube, IPM, IGBT module and HVIC. The products are widely used in industrial inverters, servo drives, variable frequency home appliances, induction cookers, industrial power supplies, inverter welding machines and other fields; for medium and large power products, Xinneng Semiconductor can also provide systematic solutions: 650V/450A and 1200V/450A EconoDUAL intelligent IGBT power modules, 34mm modules, 62mm modules and other products have been unanimously recognized by end customers.
