The Xiaomi Mi 11, which was launched earlier this week, is currently the only smartphone on the market with the Snapdragon 888 SoC, but a number of Android manufacturers have confirmed that they are planning to launch phones with the Snapdragon 888 as well.
Nubia is one of them, and the company has confirmed that it will launch a Z series smartphone equipped with Snapdragon 888. While waiting for more details, a Nubia phone NX669J equipped with Snapdragon 888 SoC, 8GB RAM and Android 11 system has appeared on Geekbench.
According to the screenshots, the device scored 1004 and 3306 in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively.
The Z series flagship is the one that Nubia has confirmed to have the Snapdragon 888, but the NX669J is more likely to be called the Red Magic 6. It was previously reported that the Red Magic 6 series will debut in the first quarter of 2021. In addition to the exclusive air-cooling, the Red Magic 6 series is also expected to be equipped with electrochromic technology.
