Foreign operators refuse to open dual SIM cards for Xiaomi phones: glue + plastic sheet violently shielding

       With Apple's follow-up, dual-SIM phones are becoming more and more common. However, some foreign operators still refuse to support dual-SIM phones, probably because they want to limit the number of competing companies in the contract phones.

　　According to foreign media reports, the Xiaomi 10T Pro (domestic model Redmi K30S Extreme Commemorative Edition), which was launched overseas not long ago, encountered an embarrassing scene.

　　A netizen named Foxhoundelta reported that he bought a Xiaomi 10T Pro from the Mexican operator Telcel. When he was about to insert the second SIM card, he accidentally discovered that the secondary card position was sealed with a plastic sheet and water.

　　Not only that, Foxhoundelta also found that after removing the plastic sheet, the dual-SIM function software was also blocked.

　　Tracing back Telcel's Xiaomi 10T Pro product promotional page, it was found that there was indeed no description of dual SIM cards. When Xiaomi released this product, it also stated that dual SIM card support may vary by region.

　　Even so, Foxhoundelta plans to sue the operator, which claims to have 280 million subscribers, on the grounds that it received a product with incomplete functions without any prior notice.
