Qichacha shows that Huawei's Hubble Technology Investment Co., Ltd. recently added a new overseas investment - New Consensus (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou New Consensus").

According to Qichacha, Hangzhou New Consensus was established in June 2018. The company's business scope includes: technical consulting, technical development, and technical services for computer software and networks, non-certificate labor vocational skills training for adults, exhibition and display services; design and sales of computer software and hardware products, electronic products (except electronic publications), and communication equipment. (Projects that must be approved according to the law can only carry out business activities after approval by relevant departments).
In addition, Qichacha also shows that Hangzhou New Consensus has two subsidiaries, namely Shenzhen Aosi Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hengtuo Open Source Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Tianyancha shows that Beijing Hengtuo Open Source Network Technology Co., Ltd. is an open source technology service provider. It currently operates the open source technology community "Open Source China". Based on the community, it has developed online businesses such as the development cloud platform "Maiyun" and the software development crowdsourcing platform "Open Source China Crowdsourcing", and has achieved in-depth cooperation with Internet industries such as Alibaba, Tencent, and Baidu.
Open Source China is a platform dedicated to promoting the application and development of domestic open source software, providing a long-term advancement platform for improving local open source capabilities and optimizing the open source ecological environment. It consists of several major channels such as open source software libraries, code sharing, information, collaborative translation, discussion areas and blogs, providing IT developers with a platform for discovering, using and communicating open source technologies.
On July 14 this year, the Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the bidding results of the "2020 Open Source Hosting Platform Project". A consortium led by Shenzhen AoSi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Open Source China) and consisting of 10 units including the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center won the bid for the project. The consortium will rely on Gitee to build China's independent open source hosting platform.
