iOS 14 new feature allows users to add captions to photos

      According to foreign media Macrumors, Apple's iOS 14 update has added several new features to the Photos app, including the option to add titles to photos directly on the iPhone, which is something Photos users have long wanted. The Mac version of the Photos app previously supported adding titles through the description bar, but on the iPhone, there has been no way to add similar information. In iOS 14, entering titles has become very quick and easy.

　　On iPhone, tap to view any photo full screen, then swipe up to get to the title bar. Tap in the field, enter a title, and press Return.

　　If iCloud Photo Library is enabled, titles in iOS 14 are synced across all devices, and the Description field in macOS Big Sur has been renamed Title to maintain continuity.

　　Adding captions to photos with iOS 14 takes tagging and organization to the next level, as captions can be searched using the Photos search interface. While there's still no native option to edit a photo's metadata, captions make it easier to add tags that are visible across devices.

　　The Photos app has some other useful improvements, such as filters to view all pictures or albums by Favorites, Edited, Photos, and Videos, sorting within albums, and better autoplay for Live Photos. Browsing photos also lets users zoom in and out of all albums, just like the All Photos interface in iOS 13, making it easier to find the specific picture you're looking for.
